  • Samosa pastry sheets (store-bought or homemade)
  • Melted cheese (cheddar, gouda, or your favorite cheese)
  • Fresh cilantro and mint, chopped
  • Green chilies, minced (adjust to your spice preference)
  • Salt and cumin powder to taste
  • Oil for frying


  1. Cut the samosa pastry sheets into triangles.
