The R*E*S*E*T Retreat at Nderit House isn’t just a getaway—it’s four days to fully switch off, be looked after, and come back to yourself. With only seven spots available, this is a rare chance to experience something truly personal, intentional, and deeply restorative.
If the pace of the year has already begun to feel a little relentless, this is your invitation to pause.
Set against the serene backdrop of the coast, over the May holiday, the R*E*S*E*T Retreat at Nderit House offers five days designed to help you step away, slow down, and return to yourself.
Running from April 30 to May 4, 2026, this intimate yoga and wellness retreat in Kilifi brings together a small group of just seven women for a deeply restorative escape, blending movement, reflection, and indulgence in equal measure. Perched above the ocean, Nderit House provides the kind of setting that instantly softens the edges: open skies, salt air, and the luxury of space to simply exhale.

From the moment you arrive, everything is taken care of. Days unfold gently, anchored by nutritious movement, transformational coaching and chef-prepared meals designed to restore. The retreat is designed with a thoughtful rhythm that allows for both guided experiences and personal downtime.
The retreat’s serene setting, Nderit House, was built as a family getaway in the 1970s and has evolved into a refined guesthouse, welcoming you to experience a coastal idyll. Set within 4 acres on the edge of the Kilifi Plantation, and nestled between baobabs, Nderit House enjoys uninterrupted views over the Indian Ocean, a stone’s throw from the beach and marine adventures below.
Your Experience
Your days flow effortlessly between movement, rest, and connection.
At the heart of R*E*S*E*T is a focus on truly holistic wellbeing. Look forward to days centred on tailored yoga sessions overlooking the water, soul-nourishing group coaching, and meals that prioritise nourishment without sacrificing pleasure. There’s also an introduction to the Wim Hof Method, including a guided ice bath experience, alongside opportunities for one-on-one coaching and a deeply restorative massage.

The yoga sessions provide the perfect daily grounding – gentle enough to keep pace, yet challenging enough for a great stretch while coaching sessions offer true insights.
Evenings bring their own kind of magic, from shared conversations over long, beautifully set dinners to a sunset dhow cruise along Kilifi Creek, complete with live acoustic music.
The Reset retreat in Kilifi was exactly what I needed, and more. Even though I arrived feeling incredibly busy and a bit manic, I told myself this would be a chance to ‘reset’ – to catch my breath and reconfigure some internal settings. And it absolutely delivered. It truly felt like a ‘stop, rethink, and restart on a different foot’ experience.” – Evy
Meet the Facilitators
Guiding the experience are two facilitators who bring both expertise and warmth to the space with complementary approaches to wellbeing.

Certified professional coach Jess Donovan leads transformational group sessions designed to foster connection, self-discovery, and honest conversation. Her work centres on creating a supportive environment where women can reflect, share, and explore how to thrive across all areas of life.
Complementing this is Georgina Lallia, whose approach to Hatha yoga is grounded in mobility, balance, and longevity. Across four sessions, Georgina guides participants through practices that strengthen the body while deepening the mind-body connection, an essential part of the retreat’s overall reset.
What sets this experience apart is its intentional intimacy. With a small group, every element can be more considered and meaningful so you not only away from routine, but return to daily life with a renewed sense of clarity and calm.
