Venue: Nairobi Arboretum

After a soul-stirring New Year’s edition in Voi, Afri-love Fest is returning to where it all began — Nairobi. On Saturday 6th June 2026, the Nairobi Arboretum will transform into a vibrant celebration of African creativity, community, and self-expression. One day. One beautiful green space. And an entire programme designed to remind you that creativity lives inside all of us.
Whether you’ve been to Afri-love Fest before or you’ve been meaning to go for years, this is the edition to mark in your calendar.

What Is Afri-love Fest?
Founded in 2018, Afri-love Fest is a pan-African cultural festival built around a single, generous idea: that creativity is not reserved for artists. It’s for everybody. The festival brings together music, art, design, movement, wellness, and community in one immersive, family-friendly experience — and it does so without the noise and spectacle of a typical festival. Afri-love is intentional, warm, and grounded.
The 2026 Nairobi edition leans into that spirit fully. Set among the trees of the Arboretum, the festival will host a vibrant art and design market alongside a dynamic programme of workshops, talks, movement classes, and hands-on interactive experiences. Entry is just KShs 600 — and what you do once you’re inside is entirely up to you.

Why the Arboretum?
The Nairobi Arboretum is one of the city’s most beloved green spaces — a pocket of calm in the middle of the urban rush. It’s the kind of venue that already puts you in the right headspace before the festival even begins. Tall trees, open lawns, birdsong. For a festival about creativity and presence, it couldn’t be a more fitting home.
